Management Trainee

Summary of Position:

Parking is a multi-billion dollar a year industry. Allpro Parking, LLC is the region's leading parking management company. Over the last 11 years, Allpro has grown to encompass the management and operation of over 90 parking facilities, with 260 employees in two states.

The management trainee recruitment program is designed to strengthen individual's management skills in the parking industry, with emphasis on operations and efforts in accounting, human resources, marketing and analytical thinking.

Personal Requirements:
  • Demonstrate ability to persevere under pressure situations to resolve conflicts and problems.
  • Must know be able to drive a standard shift automobile.
  • Must enjoy working outdoors.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have a clean and well groomed appearance – no facial ornaments or visible body markings.
  • Must be a self-starter with proactive character traits.
  • Must be able to adhere to Allpro's Non-Smoking policy as well as those of the customer locations.
  • Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment and annual Motor Vehicle Report, pre-employment and contract mandated Drug Screens, and pre-employment Criminal Background Check.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
  • Superior professional communication skills – written and verbal (multi-lingual a plus).
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • High level of demonstrated ethical behavior as well as persistence and determination to see actions through completion.
  • Computer competency skills - Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products and other internet access abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
  • P&L and budgeting experience a plus.
  • Team player and ability to work well in groups.
  • Must be willing to hire, train and fire employees as required.
  • Must be willing to relocate to another city for temporary and/or permanent situations.
  • Willingness to be involved in community activities, charities, professional associations, etc., individually and/or as part of a company effort.
  • Ability and desire to forge strong relationships with clients, employees and customers.

All trainees must have a demonstrated willingness to work at entry level positions within the company to gain experience and understanding of all the various operational and administrative duties within the company.
