Allpro Parking LLC has landed its first deal in Cincinnati, one that may be a prelude to others in Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Buffalo-based Allpro Parking, through its recently formed Allpro Parking Ohio LLC affiliate, won the bid to operate and manage the Alms and Doepke Parkhaus, a 690-space parking ramp in downtown Cincinnati.  The ramp is owned by the County of Hamilton.

Allpro Parking, in conjunction with Eckl Parking Co., a Columbus-based firm headed by former Buffalonian Thomas Eckl, will be operating the ramp, under a five-year term that began on Aug. 1.

"Part of our strategic growth plan is to look to places in Ohio and Pennsylvania," said Rick Serra, Allpro President.

Allpro Parking Ohio LLC is negotiating to take over ramps and lots in Columbus and Cincinnati.  Talks are also underway in Pennsylvania, Serra said.

"Moving into the Midwest is a great sign that we are on target with our strategic plans for growth during the next three years," said Craig Barber, Allpro Parking senior vice president.

Allpro Parking, now 10 years old, operates and manages ramps and lots in Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Ithaca and Jamestown.  The company's portfolio has more than 34,000 parking spaces under its control.
